Service Agreement
By booking any service with Clean Meets Tidy, you agree to the terms outlined here. Services are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.
Payments
All payments must be made in full upon completion of services, unless prior arrangements are made. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
Liability
Clean Meets Tidy is not liable for any damage caused by the use of eco-friendly cleaning products unless such damage is due to negligence by our staff. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any fragile or sensitive items beforehand.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or terms of service. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
